Each gummy contains:
Apple Cider Vinegar, standardized to 5% acetic acid 500 mg
Chromium (yeast)    150 mcg
Also Contains
Also contains: Glucose syrup, sucrose, pectin, sodium citrate, natural apple flavour, citric acid, Brazilian palm tree wax, vegetable oil, natural colour (black carrot juice concentrate).

NON-GMO. NO salt (NaCl), gluten, lactose,artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

DIRECTIONS
Adults: Chew 2 gummies daily with a full glass of water, before or with a meal.
