Adrien Gagnon Melatonin 10 mg Extra Strength Dual Action is an enhanced maximum strength bi-layer, timed-release sleep aid formula. An extra-strength dual bi-layered tablet that provides 5mg of melatonin that immediately dissolves to fall asleep faster, and another 5 mg for a prolonged effect to ensure a full night of restful sleep.

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains:
Fast release Melatonin ….... 5 mg
Timed release Melatonin …. 5 mg

Other Ingredients:
(alphabetical order): Calcium phosphate dibasic dihydrate, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, silicon dioxide, sodium copper chlorophyllin.



Warning:
- Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 1 month.
- Do not use melatonin if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Consult your health care practitioner for use beyond weeks or if symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
- For occasional short-term use in case of jet lag.
- Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
- Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking one of the following medications: anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure medications, immunosuppressive medications, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, or steroids; or if you have one of the following conditions: asthma, depression, diabetes or hypoglycemia, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, liver disease, immune system disease, migraine, hormonal, coagulation or seizure disorders.
- Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) and rare allergic reactions have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
