Vitamin C        90mg

Biotin 3000mcg

Suggested Adult Use: Take six (6) tablets per day, all at once or in divided doses (total: 6 grams collagen per day).

Other Ingredients: Magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

This product is manufactured in a facilty that processes fish extracts.

Usage Warnings: Check with your doctor before using this product if you are taking medication or have any medical conditions, including liver or kidney disease, or if you have been instructed to follow a low protein diet. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Hydrolyzed collagen has been used safely for decades and is GRAS-affirmed (Generally Recognized As Safe). May cause mild gastrointestinal complaints, in which case discontinue use. Not intended for persons under 18.
