Each gummy contains:
Black Elderberry Extract 64:1 (Sambucus nigra subsp. nigra) (fruit)    20 mg (Equivalent to 1280 mg of fresh elderberries)
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate)    125 mg
Zinc (citrate)    2.5 mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)    500 IU (12.5 mcg)

Cane sugar, tapioca syrup, purified water, glycerin, pectin, citric acid, natural flavours, sodium citrate, palm oil, sunflower oil, carnauba wax.

Recommended dosage: Children (5 to 13 years): Chew 1 gummy daily or as directed by a physician. Adolescents and adults (14 years and older): Chew 2 gummies daily or as directed by a physician. Take with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
