Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a source of antioxidants and has a long history of use as a traditional digestive aid. This fermented vinegar contains the “mother” – the combination of yeast and bacteria formed during fermentation. Chromium is a trace mineral necessary for blood and energy metabolism. Added stress (physical or mental) increases the body’s need for chromium, but most chromium supplements are poorly absorbed. Chromium picolinate offers superior absorption for more effective support.

Each vegetarian capsule contains:
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Powder (Malus pumila Mill.) (fruit)    500 mg
Chromium (chromium picolinate)    250 mcg

Non-Medicinal ingredients
Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended dosage (adults): 1 capsule daily, with a full glass of water and a meal, or as directed by a physician. Consult a physician for use beyond 6 months.
