HOW TO TAKE METAMUCIL
Put powder into an empty glass.
Mix briskly with 240mL of cool liquid.
Drink promptly.
An additional glass of liquid is helpful.


1 serving = 5.7g. Use 1 rounded teaspoon or 3 level teaspoons, whichever is most convenient for you. Start with 1 serving per day. Gradually increase to the recommended daily intake.
