Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose, Maltodextrin, Less Than 2% Of: Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide

Bulk-forming fibers like psyllium husk may affect how well medicines work. Take this product at least 2 hours before or after medicines.

HOW TO TAKE METAMUCIL (For adults 12 years and older):

1. Put 1-2 rounded Tablespoons in empty glass.

2. Mix briskly with 8 oz or more of cool liquid.

3. Drink promptly and enjoy!*Should not be used for children on medical advice.

Warning
Store below 30℃ with lid tightly closed to protect from humidity. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in case of medication induced constipation. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. Do not take if you have diffculty in swallowing. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or oesophagus and may cause choking. Bulk fibre may affect how well other medicines work. If you are taking a prescription medicine by mouth, take this product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after the prescribed medicine to minimise any effect on drug absorption. As your body adjusts to increased fibre intake, you may experience changes in bowel habit or minor bloating.
