Jamieson Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 100 mg helps to metabolize amino acids and carbohydrates and promotes a healthy nervous system. It is involved in the synthesis of red blood cells, while also aiding in tissue formation.

INGREDIENTS
 Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)    100 mg
Also Contains
Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, modified cellulose gum, vegetable stearic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, water-soluble cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.

NO salt (NaCl), sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

DIRECTIONS
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
