Caltrate Bone Health combines a high daily level of vitamin D (800IU) to help support muscle strength plus a unique blend of calcium and other minerals for bone strength and flexibility. Scientific studies indicate that daily intake of Vitamin D helps maintain healthy bones and muscles++. Vitamin D plays an important role in supporting muscle strength. Hence, supporting muscle balance. Vitamin D also helps in optimal Calcium absorption to maintain strong bone health.

Ingredients:
Each Caltrate Bone Health tablet contains:
Calcium (calcium carbonate)........ 600 mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)............ 20 mg (800IU)

Contains : soya bean products
No Added Lactose, Gluten, Flavours, Preservatives

Suggested Use: Adults: Take one (1) tablet up to two times daily with food or as directed by your physician. Take with a full glass of water.
